Why you get signed out automatically
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity.
Cryolynx signs you out automatically after a period of inactivity. On a shared or stolen device this stops an open session being used against you.
What this looks like
- You come back to a tab you left open and are asked to sign in again.
- An action fails and you are redirected to the sign-in page.
Nothing is lost when this happens — balances, orders and Earn positions are unaffected. Sign in again and carry on. Open orders keep running on the exchange whether you are signed in or not.
