Making your first deposit
Fund your account by sending crypto from another wallet or exchange.
Once your identity is verified you can fund your account by depositing crypto from an outside wallet or exchange.
- Go to your Spot Wallet.
- Find the coin you want to deposit and choose Deposit.
- Select the network that matches the one you are sending from. This matters — see choosing the right network.
- Copy the deposit address, or scan the QR code from your other wallet.
- If a memo or tag is shown, you must include it. See address tags and memos.
- Send a small test amount first if you are unsure. Wait for it to arrive before sending the rest.
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Sending on the wrong network, or leaving out a
required memo, can mean the funds are unrecoverable. Check both before you confirm.
