What your Cryolynx ID is
The account number that identifies you for internal transfers and support.
Every Cryolynx account is issued a Cryolynx ID. You will find it on your profile page, where it is shown as a read-only field.
What it is used for
- CryolynxPay. Another Cryolynx user can send you crypto instantly using your ID. See sending to another Cryolynx user.
- Support. Quoting your Cryolynx ID when you open a ticket lets us find your account immediately.
Your Cryolynx ID is not a blockchain address. Never send crypto from an outside wallet or another
exchange to it — those funds will not arrive. For external deposits you need a deposit address, which
you generate on the wallet page.
