Confirming your email address
Activate your account from the confirmation email, and what to do if it never arrives.
After you register we send a confirmation link to your email address. Your account stays inactive until you click it, so you cannot sign in before then.
The email has not arrived
- Wait a few minutes — delivery is usually immediate but can be delayed.
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your mailbox for "Cryolynx".
- Still nothing? Contact us from the address you registered with and we will send a fresh link.
Add our sending address to your contacts so future emails — password resets, payment notices — are not filtered.
You typed the wrong email address
An unconfirmed account cannot be edited. Register again with the correct address, then open a support ticket so we can remove the unused one.
