Deposit history and confirmations
Track an incoming deposit and understand what its status means.
Deposit History lists your incoming transfers with their status, confirmation count and transaction ID.
Reading a row
- Confirmations — how many blocks the network has built on top of your transaction. Each network requires a set number before we credit it.
- Status — moves from pending to completed as those confirmations accumulate.
- Transaction ID (TxID) — the transaction's identifier on the blockchain. You can look it up in any block explorer for that network, and it is the single most useful thing to include in a support ticket.
Why the wait varies
Confirmation time is set by the blockchain, not by Cryolynx. A congested network, or a send with a low fee attached, will take longer. We cannot speed up a transaction that is still confirming.
