Withdrawal minimums, maximums and fees
Where the numbers on the send screen come from, and why they change.
Every withdrawal has a minimum amount, a maximum amount and a fee. All three depend on the coin and the network you choose, and all three are shown on the send screen before you confirm.
Why they move
These figures are not fixed by Cryolynx. They track the underlying network — as congestion and network costs change, so do the fee and the limits. The same coin on two different networks can cost very different amounts to send.
Before you confirm
- Check the fee shown on the confirmation screen. That is the figure that applies to your withdrawal.
- Compare networks if the destination supports more than one — the difference is often significant.
- Check the amount that will actually arrive, since the fee comes out of what you send.
- Sending below the minimum is rejected; the minimum exists because a very small transfer can be worth less than the fee to move it.
Always take the number displayed on the confirmation screen at the moment you withdraw as authoritative.
