Why a withdrawal is still pending
The stages a withdrawal goes through, and when to raise it with us.
1. Processing on our side
The withdrawal has been accepted and is being prepared for broadcast. It has no transaction hash yet.
2. Broadcast and confirming
Once it is on the blockchain your transaction history shows a transaction hash. From that point the timing is the network's, not ours — look the hash up in a block explorer to see where it is. A busy network takes longer.
3. Credited by the receiving platform
If you withdrew to another exchange, it will have its own confirmation threshold before it credits you. A transaction confirmed on-chain but not yet showing there is waiting on them, and only they can say how long.

- Is your account verified? Withdrawals need a verified account.
- Was the Travel Rule questionnaire completed and submitted?
- Was the amount above the minimum for that coin and network?
If there is no transaction hash after a few hours, open a support ticket with the coin, network, amount, destination address and the time you submitted it.
