Trading fees
What a trade costs on Cryolynx.
Spot trades carry a fee of 0.1% of the trade value. This is shown on the order panel on the Exchange before you submit.
Your rate
The order panel shows the fee that applies to your account on that pair — on the website as the Trade fee rate above the Buy and Sell buttons, and in the app as the Est. Fee for the order you are entering. There are two rates:
- Maker — Limit and Stop Limit orders, which rest on the order book.
- Taker — Market, Stop Market and Trailing Stop orders, which take liquidity from the book when they fill.
How it applies
- It is charged per executed trade, on both buys and sells.
- An order that fills in several parts is charged on each part, so the total is the same as one fill of the same size.
- An order that never fills costs nothing. Placing and cancelling is free.
Other costs, for comparison
- Convert has no separate line-item fee — the cost is built into the quoted rate, which is why you should compare the quote against the market before accepting it.
- Depositing crypto is free from our side — see deposit fees.
- Sending crypto out carries a network-dependent fee — see withdrawal minimums, maximums and fees.
- CryolynxPay transfers between Cryolynx users carry no network fee.
The figure shown on screen at the moment you trade is the one that applies. Take it as authoritative over
any figure quoted elsewhere, including here.
