How to send crypto to an external wallet
Withdraw to an outside address, including the declaration you must complete.
Sending crypto out of Cryolynx moves it to an address you control elsewhere. Your account must be verified first.
- Open your Spot Wallet and choose Send on the coin you want to withdraw.
- Enter the destination address.
- Add the memo or tag if the destination requires one — see address tags and memos.
- Select the network. It must be one the receiving wallet supports for that coin.
- Enter the amount. The screen shows the applicable minimum and maximum, and the fee.
- Complete the Travel Rule questionnaire. This is required by law and cannot be skipped.
- Review everything, then confirm.
Check the address and the network before confirming. A withdrawal cannot be cancelled or
reversed once it is broadcast. Send a small test amount to any address you have not used before.
Track the withdrawal in your transaction history. If it is taking longer than you expect, see why a withdrawal is still pending.
