What "under review" means
Your submission is being checked. Here is what to expect while you wait.
A status of under review means your documents were accepted and the checks are running. Most reviews complete quickly, but some are referred for a manual look, which takes longer.
While you wait
- You do not need to do anything, and resubmitting will not speed it up.
- Your account stays unverified, so wallets, trading and Earn are still closed. See what you can do before verification.
- Check your profile page for the current status.
If your status has not moved after a few working days,
open a support ticket with your Cryolynx ID and roughly when you
submitted. Do not post document images in a ticket.
