Redeeming a voucher code
Turn a voucher code into crypto in your own wallet.
- Sign in. Your account must be verified first.
- Open Rewards and go to Enter a Code.
- Enter the voucher code exactly as given — codes are precise, so paste rather than retype.
- Submit. The crypto is credited to your Spot Wallet.
If it is rejected
- Already redeemed — each code works once. If someone else had the code, they may have used it.
- Not recognised — check for a transcription error: a typed
0forO, a missing character, or a trailing space from the paste. - Account not verified — complete verification, then try again.
Only redeem codes from someone you know. An unsolicited voucher code — in a message, a comment, or an email
— is a standard bait used to draw people into a scam. A real gift comes from a real person you can ask.
