Checking a voucher
Look up a voucher's status using its reference number.
If you bought a voucher, the reference number lets you check its status without redeeming it.
- Open Rewards and go to Verify a Voucher.
- Enter the reference number you were given at purchase.
- Submit to see the voucher's current status.
What it is for
- Confirming a voucher you sent has been redeemed
- Checking one you bought a while ago is still outstanding
- Confirming a purchase completed
Checking is not redeeming. To actually claim the value you need the voucher code — see
redeeming a voucher code.
Lost the reference number? Open a ticket with the token, the amount and roughly when you bought it. Never post the voucher code itself in a ticket.
