Opening a support ticket

The main way to reach us once you are signed in.

  1. Help Center
  2. Support
  3. Opening a support ticket

A support ticket is a conversation thread with our team, tied to your account. Because you are signed in, we can see which account you are asking about — which makes it faster than any other route.

  1. Go to Support.
  2. Choose Create Ticket.
  3. Describe the problem. See what to include — it makes a real difference to how quickly this gets resolved.
  4. Submit, then reply in the thread as the conversation continues.

Following it up

Your open tickets are listed on the same page. Replies appear in the thread — check there rather than opening a second ticket for the same issue, which splits the history and slows things down.

Never put your password, your 2FA codes, your recovery codes, or photographs of your identity documents in a ticket. Cryolynx staff will never ask you for any of them.

Was this helpful? Glad it helped. Sorry about that — open a support ticket and we will help you directly.
