Cryolynx ID, email or QR code

Three ways to identify who you are paying.

By Cryolynx ID

Every account has one — see what your Cryolynx ID is. Ask the recipient for theirs and enter it. Check it digit by digit.

By email address

Enter the email address registered on their Cryolynx account. It must be the address they signed up with, not another one they happen to use.

By QR code

The recipient generates a QR code in CryolynxPay and you scan it. This is the safest option in person, because nothing is typed and nothing can be mistyped.

Only use recipient details you obtained from the person directly. Payment details arriving by email or message are a standard fraud pattern — confirm through a channel you trust before sending anything.
