Getting and accepting a quote
Quotes are firm but short-lived. Here is the sequence.
- Pick your two coins and enter an amount.
- Request the quote. You are shown the rate and the exact amount you will receive.
- Check both. The received amount is the number that matters — it already includes the cost of the swap.
- Accept while the quote is still valid.
- The swap executes and both balances update in your Spot Wallet.
A quote holds a price for a short window. That window exists because we are taking the price risk while you
decide — it cannot be extended.
If it fails
- Quote expired — request a new one. See why a quote expired.
- Insufficient balance — the coin may be committed to Earn or reserved by an open order.
- Pair unavailable — not every combination is supported. Convert via a common coin such as USDT instead.
An accepted conversion is a completed trade and cannot be reversed.
